Description

A beverage company recently launched a "Collect Bottle Caps to Win Big Prizes" campaign: if you have 10 caps printed with "Lucky" or 20 caps printed with "Encouragement," you can exchange them for a mystery grand prize.

Given the number of caps you have with "Lucky" and "Encouragement" printed on them, determine whether you can claim the grand prize. If eligible, output 1; otherwise, output 0.

Input Format

One line containing two integers separated by a space, representing the number of "Lucky" and "Encouragement" caps, respectively.

Output Format
