Description

A fish-finder is a magical device that helps anglers locate fish. It determines whether an object is a fish based on four consecutive depth readings, with the following rules:

• If the four depths are strictly increasing, the fish-finder gives a "Fish Rising" alert.
  
• If the four depths are strictly decreasing, the fish-finder gives a "Fish Diving" alert.
  
• If the four depths are all equal, the fish-finder gives a "Fish At Constant Depth" alert.
  
• Otherwise, the fish-finder gives a "No Fish" message.
