练19.4 骑车与走路
Description
On the Tsinghua campus, not having a bicycle can be inconvenient for attending classes and running errands. However, not all tasks are faster by bike, as finding a bike, unlocking it, parking, and locking it again can take time. Assume it takes seconds to find a bike, unlock it, and start riding; it takes seconds to park and lock the bike; walking speed is meters per second, and biking speed is meters per second. Determine whether biking or walking is faster for different distances. If biking is faster, output "Bike"; if walking is faster, output "Walk"; if they are the same, output "All".
Input Format

Output Format
Output a single line. If biking is faster, output "Bike"; if walking is faster, output "Walk"; if they are the same, output "All".
