Description

As we all know, a leap year occurs every four years. However, calculating one leap year every four years would result in approximately 3.12 extra days over 400 years. Therefore, it is stipulated that century years must be divisible by 400 to be leap years. This is commonly known as: a leap year every four years, except for century years, which are leap years only if divisible by 400.
Write a program that takes a year as input and determines whether it is a common year or a leap year.
